Top 4 star hotel with over 90 rooms in Hertfordshire requires a Night Manager with previous experience in 3*4 star hotels. Experience in a night manager or senior front of house position in large properties is desirable. You will be overseeing the smooth running of the front office operation during the night shift, as well as the security of the hotel, managing the night reception team, acting as Duty Manager and ensuring that high standards are always maintained.
